Argyll Scott is working with a global construction material brand to search for Sales Director / Head of Sales candidate. This role will report directly to the Managing Director of Thailand and will lead a large team of 30-40 team members. Successful candidate will be responsible for bringing lead business, retaining the current accounts, and managing distributor. The overall revenue of the business is around 800 million THB per annual.
- Set up sales target and strategy for the company.
- Determine which channel to focus for the best ROI.
- Develop sales roadmap and action plan for the month, quarter and year.
- Maintain key accounts and develop new client for the business.
- Coach and lead business development, key account and customer service team.
- More than 12 years experience in B2B Sales; Thai Nationality only
- Experience in product such as construction material, decorative material, consumer electronics, furniture
- Strong communicator and active sales type
- Strong connection with developers, food services, and manufacturing companies
- People oriented leader
