Our partner is a fast growing property development in Thailand. Currently, they are looking for an experienced Property/Real Estate Sales Manager/Director to oversee sales team and drive growth of revenue.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Previous experience as sales manager or sales and marketing director from Real Estate/Property Development industry
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Good verbal and written communications skills
