Our client, a global player is looking to get on board a Country Sales Manager for their UAE business. The role will cover B2B, B2C and Marine Channels.
The UAE Sales Manager will work hand-in-hand with the distributors, develop winning sales strategies across multiple channels and segments while aligning with internal stakeholders.
You will be able to identify opportunities, create solutions and drive results. Being a lean structure, you will work very closely with all the teams and be the owner of the overall country business.
With your seasoned knowledge of experience of working in the region and having been trough the ever changing market condition, you will be able to transfer the energy, pro-activeness and solution seeking mindsets to partners and peers alike.
6-7 years of sales experience in a distribution management role
FMCG/Automotive Lubricants or any other relevant industry
Mix of B2C and B2B channel experience will be an advantage
Experience of any of the following markets is necessary; UAE/KSA/Egypt
Positive attitude, proactive, hands on and humble!
