Responsibilities:
- Execute and drive results to meet Sales target
- Manage and support distributors of assigned region
- Explore new market and enhance company brand recognition and market coverage
- Improve customer satisfaction by exploring opportunities and providing solutions
- Explore and maintain KOLs relations and reference sites
- Collect and analyze market information from users, competitors and industry as well as make sales plan and strategy
- Communicate with HQ for business report and plan
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in medical, bio-medical, human science or related disciplines
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience in Medical Device field; with experience in ICU/CCU/OR/NICU/ER is preferred
- Good communication in English
- Excellent capability in business expansion and account management
- Self-motivated in acquiring knowledge, including but not limited to product and industry information
- Be able to travel frequently
