- A proven track record in project management of at least 8 years, demonstrating the ability to think creatively and solve complex challenges.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build strong relationships with vendors from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in English, enabling effective communication with international stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with and inspire talented individuals, fostering collaboration and driving change.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, complex corporate environment.
- Experience in influencing and guiding team members towards achieving project goals.
- Knowledge of SAP systems and previous experience with SAP-based projects is highly advantageous.
