Digital marketing is now playing an important role in the industry, our client, a global company, is now looking for a Search Marketing Manager with strong analytical skills and an interest to grow the expertise in other digital marketing channels.

You will be working closely with agencies, across the business area to help the local team to execute plans in order to meet business objectives. Bring cross-country learning to enhance the overall search strategy of the region. Implement best practices for paid and free search channels based on extensive testing.

Location: Central BKK / Hybrid Work

Budget: 80K-100K, Fixed bonus 1 month


· Building search marketing roadmap including innovating new solutions and enhancing existing solutions

· Creating strong relationships with media and SEO agency clients. Collaborate to design, manage, and implement search strategy on both organic and paid search channels.

· Be responsible for search channels performance across multiple markets in region, analyze and report data. Overseeing media spend on search against performance KPIs to optimize results

· Develop recommendations and test backlog to improve efficiency of search strategy

· Analyze search trends to provide recommendations for media strategy and content strategy

· Work on developing search strategy that insures frictionless consumer experience pre- and post- purchase.

· Keep up to date with changes in Search Engines that impact performance

· Develop close relationship with Google team to consolidate learnings and recommendations


· English skills (oral & written)

· 3+ years experience managing SEO and/or SEM ( Certifications from Google in SEO/SEM and Google Analytics is an advantage)

· Strong analytical skills, Excel power user. Experience working with SQL, and data visualization platforms like Data Studio/Tableau/Power BI is preferred

· Thorough knowledge and understanding of global search publishers (Google, Microsoft Advertising, Baidu, Naver), related ad tech platforms (SA360, Google Ads), and competitive research tools (SEMRush, Brightedge, etc)

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any related field (preferably in marketing or statistics)

· Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to lead, manage and execute multiple projects quickly and efficiently
