Responsibilities:

  • Support System Enhancements in SIBS CIF, CRM & QMS Systems
  • Collaborate with Business Users, IT and Vendor to implement System Enhancements
  • Responsible for reviewing User Requirements and Functional Specifications
  • Responsible to Plan and Manage UAT
  • Prepare Test Plan, Scope, Scenarios, Scripts and Data
  • Supervise and Manage Testers and Review Test Results
  • Support Pre & Post Implementation Activities including monitoring System Performance and following up on Issues Encountered by Users
  • Track and Manage Production Issues including working with Users and IT to resolve them
  • Assist in UAT COE - Manage and Support the UAT Resource Requirements for the Projects/ITSRs for the respective CFS Departments
  • Responsible for Data Quality Issues in CFS - Tracking and following up on Data Management & Data Quality Issues for CFS raised by/through the Data Governance Management Office

Requirements:

  • University Degree
  • Currently based in Singapore
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst working with Business Users and IT
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Banking
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good Written and Oral Communication Skills
  • Good Team Player & Eager to Learn
  • Ability to train Team Member
