Responsibilities:
- Support System Enhancements in SIBS CIF, CRM & QMS Systems
- Collaborate with Business Users, IT and Vendor to implement System Enhancements
- Responsible for reviewing User Requirements and Functional Specifications
- Responsible to Plan and Manage UAT
- Prepare Test Plan, Scope, Scenarios, Scripts and Data
- Supervise and Manage Testers and Review Test Results
- Support Pre & Post Implementation Activities including monitoring System Performance and following up on Issues Encountered by Users
- Track and Manage Production Issues including working with Users and IT to resolve them
- Assist in UAT COE - Manage and Support the UAT Resource Requirements for the Projects/ITSRs for the respective CFS Departments
- Responsible for Data Quality Issues in CFS - Tracking and following up on Data Management & Data Quality Issues for CFS raised by/through the Data Governance Management Office
Requirements:
- University Degree
- Currently based in Singapore
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst working with Business Users and IT
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Banking
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good Written and Oral Communication Skills
- Good Team Player & Eager to Learn
- Ability to train Team Member
