Our client is seeking an experienced and highly skilled in Ecommerce management for local and international markets for a well-known international FMCG company. They are actively looking for Senior E-Commerce Manager to support the business.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between Marketing and E-Commerce teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of digital activities.
  • Strategic Campaign Planning: Develop and implement an annual campaign calendar for digital activities on E-Commerce platforms, adhering to the digital sales strategy and contributing to profitable sales growth.
  • Build Strategic Relationships: Foster strategic relationships for accelerated growth within approved trade marketing parameters, balancing trade and media investment effectiveness in trade spending.
  • Promotional Strategy Development: Formulate a promotional strategy for the E-Commerce channel, considering the business model, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
  • Campaign Implementation: Conceptualize, design, and execute campaigns on selected E-Commerce portals, collaborating with local E-Commerce S&CM Managers to enhance visibility and drive business.
  • Market Analysis and Adaptation: Stay informed about market forces, benchmark against FMCG companies and industry trends, and adapt strategies to current and future scenarios.
  • Innovative Marketing: Analyze data creatively, devising innovative strategies to effectively target audiences and optimize marketing campaigns for increased brand recognition, customer satisfaction, and loyalty.
  • Search Strategy Execution: Implement and optimize search campaigns, identify new territories and trends, provide insights to eCustomer Managers, and control budget and billing.
  • Team Upskilling: Enhance the capabilities of the local team to execute and manage digital media campaigns across all E-Commerce channels and devices.
  • Creative Execution Management: Oversee the creative execution of digital promotional media, including agency selection, strategic brief development, and key performance indicator (KPI) tracking.
  • Standardization and Optimization: Drive standardization and optimization by sharing best practices and building capabilities across markets.
  • Multi-Platform Management: Explore synergies and potentially manage other platforms, ensuring effective coordination with search campaigns.

Desired Skills & Experience

· At least 6 years of relevant experience in E-Commerce for FMCG or similar industry.

· Bachelor's Degree/ Master's Degree in Management Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field.

· Strong in leadership, conflict management, and business orientation.

· Strong sales driven personality and great team spirit

· Good technical knowledge for digital asset management

· High efficiency and strong multi-tasking management, interpersonal, analytical and people skills

  • Fluent communication skill in both written and verbal English and Thai
