Our client is a global brand with a focus on building a modern and diverse work environment. Due to exciting projects at both a regional and global level, they are seeking a senior manager with either inhouse or a consulting background to join their established change management group.
This role provides support to leaders and teams on the development and implementation of change management and organization effectiveness programs. This person will collaboratively at enterprise, region and brand levels to ensure business planning, performance monitoring and leading to continuous improvement.
This position provides support and advice aimed at building increased organizational performance. This role requires a deep understanding of how talent management programs (organizational development/employee engagement, performance management, talent reviews) impact success and is able to communicate strategic value to key stakeholders to support key deliverables.
The successful candidate will have gained previous experience leading of leading projects through influence and/or consulting skills. Working across multiple projects, strong time and project management skills combined with judgement attention to detail and problem solving skills are critical for this role.
