Our client is an Insurance Company based in PJ that operates globally
- You are responsible for providing planning, analysing, designing, developing, implementing, and supporting telephony platform for all Asian sites
- You are required to act as consultant in providing telephony support
- Provide Tier 3 Contact Center support analysing and solving complex technical issues with minimal supervision.
- Design and assist implementing new transversal telephony solutions.
- Act as a consultant for business units and provide technical support for projects
- Bachelor's degree and Computer Science or related discipline
- 5 years solid experience in design & implementation in telephony platform
- Deep knowledge of Avaya, Network Architecture and Operations
- Exposed to stakeholder and vendor management
