Our client, a leading global independent manufacturer and supplier of colour, additive concentrates and services solutions for the thermoplastics industry is urgently looking for an experienced Sales Professional to develop new and existing business across the Middle East region.
There wil be a lot of constant travel acros the region with the role and the role holder can be based in either Dubai or from home in Egypt, Lebanon or Turkey.
This is a stand-alone postion with no direct reports.
- Work with the Regional Sales Manager to formulate an annual sales budget for the assigned territory
- Maintain awareness of competitors' activities in order to proactively retain business
- Achieve revenue, volume and margin growth for the accounts in the territory
- Focus mainly on selling "Colors Masterbatch" with a secondary focus on other products within the portfolio
- Grow, develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects in the assigned territory
- Call on key accounts in the assigned territory at least once every two to six weeks
- Work as a member of an internal team to delight the customer
- With assistance of the Technical Service Team, provide customers with technical support to best meet their needs and respond to questions
- Build relationships and develop business at targeted customer's locations
- Provide Regional Manager with bi-weekly itinerary and weekly and or monthly reports as needed and review actual territory sales performance and expenses
