Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SuccessFactors implementation and management for HR transformation projects.
- Utilize comprehensive HR tools like SuccessFactors and other resources across various stages of the project.
- Handle SuccessFactors-specific project tasks including requirement analysis, business process optimization, problem resolution, system configuration, and post-launch support.
- Deliver accurate and prompt project updates, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Offer specialized knowledge in a minimum of two key HR areas, with a focus on SuccessFactors modules.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Certification in SuccessFactors is advantageous.
- Over 5 years of experience in HR systems, with a significant focus on SuccessFactors, including hands-on functional tasks and system integration.
- A history of handling complex SuccessFactors projects across diverse sectors.
- Exceptional ability to understand existing and potential business processes related to SuccessFactors.
- Demonstrated problem-solving prowess, especially in the context of SuccessFactors implementations.
- Highly motivated with a client-centric approach.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
- Effective communication capabilities, both written and verbal.
