Position Purpose / Context
* To aid business growth and execution scores through training and people development initiatives. Drive implementation of Sales processes.
Key Duties / Responsibilities
* Initiate and follow through with agreement of Training Calendar as per the Core Curriculum for all sales associates in his/her territory.
* Ensure training of direct and indirect sales team as per the Training Calendar.
* Lead mentoring and coaching of Business Opportunity Developers/ Market Developers (BOD/MD) (Key Account/General Trade) within assigned territory.
* Targeted on Job Training as per plan with focus on Cooler/Rack Placements.
* Provide constructive feedback for the BOD/MD certification and assessment process.
* Periodic and Timely Training need analysis - as per the Business requirement. Usage of tools, instruments to measure the levels of knowledge and skills and consistent tracking and reporting of the same.
* Performance tracking of BOD/ MD's. Drive MD productivity and PJP Compliance through feedback and reporting mechanism.
* Initiatives on staff motivation/skill building.
* Drive RED and take charge of the RED feedback and coaching process.
* Dissemination of BOD/MD wise RED to do list and reports.
* Tracking of RED action plans and reporting.
* Be the custodian and expert of Sales Processes for his/her territory.
* Sample check on SOP compliance.
Other Duties

* Ensure high standards of professional presentation and grooming.
* Be flexible in your job function and perform any other reasonable duties and responsibilities which may be assigned to you, including redeployment to other department/areas if required, in order to meet business demands and guest service needs.
* Respond to changes in the Commercial function as dictated by the industry and Company.
