Job description
Consulting project:
- Collaborate closely with senior-level clients to identify critical success factors, develop strategic directions, and devise change management plans that effectively gain support for the team's recommendations.
- Lead and oversee diverse teams of consulting professionals to deliver strategic and sustainable solutions to clients, while ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects.
Communication:
- Present findings and recommendations to client executives as deliverables.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients across various levels and departments.
Marketing and Sales:
- Drive sales and marketing initiatives, including the creation of proposals and participation in pitching sessions.
- Represent the company, expand its network, and present at conferences and events.
Organization:
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants, ensuring exceptional project delivery and fostering their professional growth.
- Contribute to the development of the company's consulting methodology and approach.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
- Over five years of experience in a consulting firm.
- Led multiple projects with at least two team members.
- Professional-level proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint for presentations.
