Job Description
- Lead the logistics workflows including shipment planning & execution, import/export procedures & documentation, cost improvements and benchmarking
- Lead and liaise with 3PLs (Incl. KPI tracking) as well as internal departments for logistics
- Lead the order processing team: PO/SO generation, shipment and receipt schedule update, item and BOM generation
- Oversee customers' and suppliers' demand and supply mapping
- Oversee team comprising QC Manager and QC inspectors, top-line view of daily operations
- Frequent reviews with QC Manager to ensure smooth operation in quality assurance and quality control, factory performance, product inspection and audits requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Merchandising, or related disciplines is preferable
- 15 years of working experience logistics sector covering shipment planning & execution, preferably hands-on 3PLs management experience
- Fluent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST
- Excellent command of computer literacy in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Immediate availability is preferred
