Job Duties:

  • Supervise HKM supply chain activities and leverage Greater China Regional functional resources
  • Direct the development of standards, metrics, processes & practices and lead continuous improvement
  • Maintain good working relationships with 3rd Party Logistics providers
  • Improve processes to increase service level and optimize supply chain costs
  • Manage, train and coach the supply chain team


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field of study
  • 10+ years of working experience in logistics operations, planning
  • Experience in FMCG or related industry is a plus
  • Experience in managing 3rd Party Logistics Providers including an understanding of cost models utilized
  • Demonstrated leadership capability on project execution, Lean Six Sigma project experience and/or Green Belt preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive decisions
  • Ability to communicate comfortably in Mandarin and English
