Job Duties:
- Supervise HKM supply chain activities and leverage Greater China Regional functional resources
- Direct the development of standards, metrics, processes & practices and lead continuous improvement
- Maintain good working relationships with 3rd Party Logistics providers
- Improve processes to increase service level and optimize supply chain costs
- Manage, train and coach the supply chain team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field of study
- 10+ years of working experience in logistics operations, planning
- Experience in FMCG or related industry is a plus
- Experience in managing 3rd Party Logistics Providers including an understanding of cost models utilized
- Demonstrated leadership capability on project execution, Lean Six Sigma project experience and/or Green Belt preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive decisions
- Ability to communicate comfortably in Mandarin and English
