Supply Chain Project Manager (NPD and EPD)

Location: Greater Bangkok

Salary: Up to 135KB plus fixed bonus

As a Supply Chain Project Manager with a specialized focus on New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD), you will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing supply chain initiatives to ensure the successful introduction and ongoing improvement of products within our organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, procurement, and logistics, to optimize processes and drive efficiencies in the supply chain related to new and existing products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to understand NPD/EPD project requirements, including product specifications, timelines, and market demand.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, outlining all supply chain-related tasks, milestones, and dependencies for NPD/EPD projects.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials and components required for new product launches.
  • Manage and mitigate supply chain-related risks that may impact the timely introduction of new products.
  • Continuously improve existing supply chain processes and systems to support NPD/EPD efforts and streamline operations.
  • Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, procurement, quality control, and logistics, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
  • Identify potential supply chain risks associated with NPD and EPD projects, such as lead time delays, quality issues, or supplier challenges, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Proactively manage and resolve supply chain-related issues to minimize disruptions to project timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, particularly in NPD and EPD projects.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to create and manage project plans,
  • Good command in English
