- Lead the integration of digital solutions, ensuring seamless connectivity across various platforms and systems.

- Communicate digital strategy, progress, and results to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to proactively address potential disruptions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience 10+ years in leading digital transformation initiatives in a managerial capacity.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and IoT.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to drive results, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- English fluency is a must.
