Responsibilities:
- Leveraging on regional counterparts, provide seamless technical support to customers
- Manage IT related transition projects, ensuring smooth delivery
- Provide timely solution required by the business
- Manage cloud based IT services
- Serve as a key point of contact between different stakeholders
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of Helpdesk / IT Support background in desktop, systems, network support, preferably in a customer fronting role
- Ability to work independently and as a team in a dynamic environment
- Exposure in remote support tools
- Coding experience in any languages (eg. python, SQL, html, php, C#, etc)
- Strong interpersonal skills, vibrant personality
