Job Description
- Management and administration of assigned portfolio inclusive of international trust, offshore and local mandates according to company guidelines
- Manage account opening, update of portfolio mandate; liaise with wealth planners/new business managers on ensuring proper documentation and service quality
- Maintain close contact with client, advisors and related third parties (lawyers, tax consultants etc.)
- Process of new client onboarding; review client onboarding/kyc/due diligence documents, liaise with client advisors on documentation establishments; work closely with compliance team to ensure documentation requirements are in place
- Provide support to the team on an ad-hoc basis
Qualifications
- Recognized Degree; STEP qualified or currently pursuing
- Good understanding of Trust & Fiduciary structures
- Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in a Trustee organization (bank or independent); those with further years of experience will be considered for Senior/Managerial positions
- Experience dealing with high networth individuals
- Keen interest in developing long term career in the industry with good learning agility
- Good communication skills; team player
