VP of Technical Product Management (Digital Prints)
The VP of Product promotes sales growth into the organization. You will need to have a vision and able to materialise a complete product experience considering customers behaviors at every stage of product development.
You will need to be visionary and able to narrate that direction of your product to create a unique customer experience. You will share and communicate that responsibility and vision with the CEO, CTO and across the teams.
Ask Hard Questions: The VP of product must ask the tough questions that nobody else wants to. They keep the customer in mind while questioning how planned work relates to the product's purpose and goals.

"Why are we focused on rolling this new product out to the entire sales team when we have not proven we can sell it with a smaller expert team first?"
Bring the Company Together: Great products are the result of a team effort. That is why the VP of product acts as a leader, bringing the organization together to meet business goals. The VP helps their team understand why they need to work across the business to make the product-and, ultimately, the customer experience-better. Craft product requirements by designs of wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes, iterating on a rapid basis with UX, product, engineering and business stakeholders.
See the Future: The VP of Product is able to draw a deep knowledge of their product and the industry to predict the future. It's their responsibility to set the product and the company on a course to stay relevant and valuable. The ability to look ahead pays dividends. You will need to be the one to be one step ahead, have an insatiable curiosity. The best VPs are passionate about their product listen more than they speak, engage in activities outside of their industry, and draw on all of that information for insights and predictive decision-making.
- Min 8 years of working experience in product tech management on a consumer product.
- Experience in product management on a B2B is a plus.
