Our client is a real estate development company with a track record of delivering exceptional residential projects. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President of Sales to lead our residential project sales team in Phuket.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed the residential project's sales targets and revenue goals.
- Lead and manage the residential project sales team, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and other relevant industry stakeholders to enhance the project's visibility and sales potential.
- Utilize your extensive experience in selling condominiums to provide valuable insights and strategies for the sales team.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings to identify opportunities for product differentiation and enhanced sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional campaigns, marketing materials, and sales collateral to support the sales effort.
- Foster a customer-centric approach within the sales team, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to strengthen the company's brand presence.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions are met to the satisfaction of both the company and the customer.
- Coordinate with other departments, including design, finance, and legal, to ensure seamless project execution from pre-sales to handover.
Qualifications:
- Thai nationality is a requirement for this position.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in real estate sales, with a significant focus on selling residential condominiums.
- Proven track record of successfully achieving and exceeding sales targets, ideally in the Phuket real estate market.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating sales teams.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, in Thai and English.
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, including market trends, customer preferences, and competition.
- Established network and relationships with real estate agents and brokers in the Phuket region.
- Ability to analyze market data and customer insights to drive informed sales strategies.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Availability to work 6 days a week.
