A beauty/personal care brand client is looking for an experienced Wholesale/Sales Director to join its regional office in Singapore.
The role will accelerate the Brand's ambition in Asia markets - optimising its current wholesale or B-B-C sales partners/distributors network, and opening new businesses/accounts. This will enable the Brand's products to get onto the shelves of multi-brand/beauty-retail concept stores, departmental stores, online marketplaces, amongst others.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and develop short-, mid-, and long-term channel growth strategies
- Own full P&L and achieve profitability and commercial targets
- Establish new and strengthen existing wholesale accounts, distributors or partners relationships
- Negotiate win-win business terms between Brand and key partners
Key requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in Asia wholesale partners, distributors, accounts channel development and management in beauty/personal care categories
- Comes with track record success in opening up new wholesales businesses (B-B-C)
- Solid understanding of beauty
