My client is ranked within the top 5 European and top 50 global managed services suppliers and are currently operating in 13 countries across the globe.
An opportunity has arisen for a 2nd Line Engineer working onsite with a large client with some other sites across London.
The successful candidate must have recent experience in providing quality 2nd line technical support on incidents and have escalated problems.
The must haves:
- Previous experience of providing 2nd line spport in a commercial environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience supporting the following
- Microsoft Exchange; Active Directory; Office 365; Windows Servers (full range); Server Virtualisation (HyperV / VMWare); Local Area Networking; Symantec Products; Cisco LAN/WAN (routers, switches, ASAs); Routing / switching equipment including, but not limited to, Cisco, Dell, HP switches, routers and firewalls; Citrix ( XenApp/XenDesktop)
Please note, this role may require some travel so all applicants must be prepared to travel across central and Greater London, but all travel will be reimbursed.
