A fantastic opportunity has arisen to be a part of a leading on-demand mobility company, that connects customers with transportation, goods and services.
As an onboarding Executive/Account Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation an adoption of products and services to new and existing clients. You will also support in case of technical or service anomalies during the adoption, as well as build effective communication plans and campaigns.
You will be a key partner to the sales team, understand strategic goals, client needs and business objectives, as well as being a key partner to the client, developing new client contacts and ensuring problems are effectively escalated and effective support is provided.
To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to understand customer needs and create effective communication and roll out plans. You will be detail orientated and have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
The role hours will be 1pm-8am
