Job description

A leading eCommerce company based in Central London are actively looking for a Agile Delivery Lead / Scrum Master to help produce highly scalable and cutting edge products, with a view of enhancing B2B/B2C Customer experiences.

You will be working alongside multi functional teams who ensure best practices and agile principles, with the end goal being delivering quality solutions that meet business demands. You will be expected to drive continuous improvement and and best practices for each product.

Key Responsibilities:

*Spearheading and acting as a key point of contact within the project team
*Act as an enabler to the delivery process across multiple software teams
*Promote and driving Agile principles and delivery techniques
*Providing fortnightly team and project progress updates to stakeholders
*Helping the organisation understand its value stream; how it delivers to its end users; highlighting areas of inefficiencies; and investigating end to end cycle time improvements
*Encourage, coach and facilitate continuous improvement process, mindset and environment and be a driver in positive change to the organisation
*Working closely with product owners in adopting an incremental and empirical approach to setting goals against their product roadmap, elaborating and refining on product features and leading product teams with clear sprint goals and story requirements
*Coaching and helping Product Owners and teams to maintain and refine a 'DEEP' product backlog and product backlog items so that they are clear and concise and meet 'INVEST' principles
*Facilitating Scrum ceremonies, workshops and discussions; removing impediments to the development teams progress; mentoring and encouraging teams and individuals in self organisation, cross-functionality and collaboration to solve problems and drive higher productivity
*Coaching teams in collaborating to manage dependencies across shared technical platform and functional solutions and working with the other Scrum Masters and tech leads to ensure ongoing cross-team alignment
*Collate velocity data to enable release and project planning
*Own and maintain Agile artefacts, boards, Jira etc.


Required skills and experience:

*Solid commercial experience in a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead role
*Solid understanding and experience in embedding Agile methods and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean
*Ability to perform Scrum Master responsibilities across more than one team
*Enthusiastic, driven, self-motivated with a focus on quality and customer value
*Able to work independently, excellent personal organisation and able to demonstrate consistently balanced good judgement and logical thought prioritisation
*Very strong interpersonal skills including facilitation and coaching and able to lead and influence others
*Exceptional communication skills
