Job description

Analyses users' requirements and translates them into an application design that can be successfully executed as a development project.
Identifies opportunities for improvement in existing processes and assists in building business cases to justify business change
Manages and delivers Business Analyst related tasks for small to medium sized projects:
Develops designs and specifications based on business input
Documents new designs as well as updates functional documentation of existing applications as applicable
Prepares and executes test plans
Prepares training documents and provides application training where appropriate
Performs post-implementation evaluation of projects to define improvements to the analysis process
Regularly and accurately reports progress and issues
Provides temporary post go live support for all implemented changes

Uses experience to make informal decisions on selection & execution of all technical approaches across a wide field, either in a management capacity or as a technical specialist.

Designs and develops RPA (Robotic Process Automation) bots to automate business processes


Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
PMP or Prince certification is desirable, but is not required
Lean Six Sigma certification is desirable, but is not required
Excellent academics, written and spoken English

Minimum 2+ experience of process analysis and process modelling (UML or BPMN)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS PowerPoint)
Ability to understand the business process and create process flow diagrams (MS Vision)
Ability to interface directly with both users and technical teams
