The ideal candidate will have a broad mix of digital marketing experience, ideally in a regional capacity where leading by influence is essential.
Strongly preferred areas of experience include:
1. Developing personalized marketing programs powered by data
2. Deployment of mobile apps in a market and feeding back change requests
3. Digital campaign execution experience
Typical Duties will include:
v Provide regular status updates for each assigned market in the portfolio.
v Prioritize planning and competing resources, based on maximizing business outcomes.
v Engage market leads to develop an aligned Digital Roadmap.
v Manage the execution of the Digital Roadmap through the local market teams.
v Coordinates and aggregates market level feedback for global and regional product management teams.
v Motivate and lead team - manage staff planning and development activities, including selection and development of new hires.
v Work cross functionally (marketing, IT, operations) to help shape the product and experiences.
v Acts as market level expert on complete business case revenue and value generation of products including cost and pricing.
v Bachelor's degree within a marketing or technical discipline required, advanced business degree preferred
v Skilled at leading by influence in a regional / multi-market capacity
v Strong program planning and execution success
v 7+ years of business management experience with internet business experience
v Strong analytic and quantitative analysis skills.
v Self-starter with strong bias for action a must
v Must possess a significant passion for consumer behavior, trends and innovation.
v Ability to work at a fast pace while managing competing priorities; start-up experience preferred.
v Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
