About Our Client

A multi-million THB construction company and developer, with ambitious plans to win a variety of work across new build, refurbishment and property maintenance work streams in Thailand and across Indochina.

Job Description

· A strong knowledge and track record winning of Bidding Projects especially construction business such as Condominium, Factory, High-end buildings

· Work alongside Partners and CEO throughout assessment of the bidding process

· Produce clear, concise and accurate first drafts of pitch and proposal documents

· Managing the project transactions and panel pitches of capability documents

· Presenting company products, and clear strategy to win the projects

· Draft & produce well-structured, client orientated documents

· Compiling high quality bid responses main tenders, by understanding the client requirements

· Updating and maintaining the Tenders and Proposals database and other marketing collateral

· Taking part in the continual review and recommendation of improving pitching best practice,

The Successful Applicant

· First level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree

· 8-12 years of experience as a bid manager and/or direct sales, working on complex deals

· 10+ years of experience in Construction business
