Job Description

  • To manage and oversee Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and its interfacing systems such as global database. training reservation systems and payroll system(s).
  • To plan, direct and coordinate all HR Systems activities in alignment with Global, regional and local HR processes across the employee life cycle.
  • To manage technical & functional issues across the Global, Regional and Local processes.
  • To support change management and guidance to Regional and Local HR for roll out of any HR System(s).
  • Perform joint PMO responsibility for any HR technical and functional solutions
  • Ensure high level of data accuracy in the HR Systems and Database
  • Processes
  • Work with the respective Regional HR CoEs and Country HR to drive continuous improvement and optimization of HR Processes
  • Coordinate and lead any HR Audit activities at regional level
  • Identify opportunities for improving HR processes through information systems changes and process optimization
  • HR Reporting
  • Support the development of HR dashboards and establish systems, processes and tools to ease management and updates of relevant dashboards and KPI tracking
  • Drive the completion of all HR reporting requirements, which include the company's and group reporting
  • Lead and own the interfacing of HR Data to Business Intelligence tools and software

Requirements

  • At least 7 to 10 years of HR Systems and Process experience obtained working in a multinational company regional HR role
  • Experience in building up a HRIS system and processes from scratch and minimum complete one full cycle of the end to end HRIS project.
  • Experience in project initiation, planning, execution, controlling, monitoring and closing.
  • Good understanding of all key HR Processes.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) skill and an ability to effectively communicate, present and discuss analysis to effectively drive fact-based decision making across all levels of the organization.
  • High level of self-motivation and independent thinking, strong business understanding linked to strategic insights and perspective.
