- Lead and manage the operations of their Retail Banking operations. E.g. Account Services, Secured Lending, Credit Cards and Unsecured Lending, Outsourced Vendor Management and ATM network support
- Deliver on the bank's digital agenda and "design for no operations" objective where processes are to be optimized and digitalized, the improve customer experience while achieving cost efficiencies
- Drive processing risk and productivity improvement projects; policies and procedures maintenance
- Strong business knowledge of Retail Banking products
- Have proven record in in driving change and operation transformation through business process improvement initiatives and banking operations systems development
- Must have led over a team of 100+ people
- Cantonese/Mandarin skills is a MUST
