Job Description

Our client is a leader luxury retail MNC; they have constantly achieved strong business performance alongside their growing presence in Thailand. There is now an opening opportunity for a proactive professional role as an "HR Business Partner" who has strong HR knowledge and understand business insight in order to execute overall HR activities to support the business goals and objectives.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

  • Partner with Business Leader to develop and implement talent strategies
  • Handle end-to-end process of recruitment, on-boarding program, and partner with line manage to develop on L&D for talent employees
  • Participate in talent and succession review and assessment process in order to follow up the key talent development plan
  • Partner with management team to deliver the communication and implementation of Corporate policies and Compliance, and processes to ensure the understanding and support of line management and employees
  • Provide advisory to line manager and diagnose organization climate and development needs
  • Ensures legal compliance in all HR-related matters
  • Assure that HR functions and all HR activities run effectively and smoothly

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources Management / Business Management / General Management / HR related field is preferred
  • At least 6 years' experience in HR function in Service / Retail / FMCG Business
  • Proven ability to operate in routines and detail orientated tasks
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and familiar with working in matrix organization
  • Strong leadership, strategic, decision making, and coaching skills
