Job description

Our Client is a global FMCG with a strong presence all over the region. They are a highly sought after company to work for, who offer a great career progression. There is now an opening opportunity for a professional role as a "Human Resource Manager" who strong in HR / People Strategies, Change Management, and familiar with fast-paced environment in the Plant. The qualified candidate must have commercial mindset to partner with business as well as solid interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Report directly to the Plant Manager and supervise a team of 5, the qualified candidate will be a key contact person regarding HR matters and able to provide HR guidance & solutions to them, the responsibilities for this role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Full spectrum of overall HR functions to drive and support corporate goals and strategies, particularly in managing and directing the organizational change process and develop HR solutions
  • Lead HR development strategy and develop with the leadership team
  • Acting as strategic HR partner to influence the broader HR processes by coaching and providing organizational, leadership and individual performance counsel to the BU
  • Develop HR personal capability and coach others in your area of expertise to drive business results
  • Map out HR long term plan with strategies and specific action/plans/targets as well as develop and implement the HR strategy through the organization
  • Initiate, and implement HR policies as well as procedures to be aligned with the company's culture, strategy, and objectives
  • Handle the selection process and coordination with labor representatives
  • Implementation of measures for organizational development and develop of local training measures with training providers
  • Plan with Regional and Country Management, Finance and Controlling on annual headcount budget with understanding of labour market trends and work with Finance to provide regular reporting and analysis on headcount cost
  • Supervise subordinates to run HR tasks efficiently for enhanced HR activities
  • Assure that HR functions and all HR activities run effectively and smoothly

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Degree qualified in Management / Psychology / OD / HR related field is preferred
  • At least 8 years' direct experience in HR Generalist with background in Change Management, Employee Engagement, Training & Development, and Employee Relation
  • Excellent in communication & negotiation skills both Thai & English language
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical & interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge in Law, Business acumen leadership and management skill
  • Experience in fast paced environment in MNC, or as Business Partner in FMCG, with Manufacturing Background is a MUST
  • Able to work in Chachoengsao Province
