An exciting opportunity for you to be apart of a leading multi brand retailer for a product development manager. To develop brands plan & strategies for the range of SKUs and build strong channel engagement plan to maximize opportunities. To drive promotional campaigns. Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends and consumer behavior.
Key functional responsibilities:
- Clear understanding and management products within the brand(s) of responsibility
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
- Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to "take action"
- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
- Minimum 3+ years' experience with hands-on as area sales manager preferably with a background in sporting goods.
- Diploma/ Degree in in related field.
- Consistently and continuously achieving sales target
- Execute Company strategic plan
