Quality Manager

Salary: 130 - 240KB per Month

They have variety of beverage categories all over the world. Their philosophy is to make people enjoy their lifestyle by providing variety of beverage. Currently, they are looking for an experienced Quality people to lead the team and ensure quality standard. Would you like to lead global company, who ensures the good quality drinks for people?

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will ensure consistent quality of production by developing and enforcing good manufacturing practice (GMP) systems. You will be required to:

  • Develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures
  • Maintain and improve product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance, surveillance audits and investigating customer complaints;
  • Meet co-packers, co-manufacturers, suppliers, Production, R&D and quality representatives to make certain company's programs, stay up-to-date and in step with current market standards.
  • Leading and coach Quality team to enhance both soft skill and hard skill

Key Requirements:

The successful candidate for this role will have had strong exposure to beverage. You will have a Bachelor degree level or higher in Food Science or other relevant degree and It is highly desirable that you will have:

  • Quality Control/ Quality Assurance more than 10 years and as management level at least 5 years in beverage industry or food processing manufacturing is preferred.
  • Solid managerial, technical, interpersonal, fiscal, problem-solving and organizational skills are essential.
  • Good understanding of food safety standards - ISO 9001:2008, GMP, HACCP, BRC, IFS, etc.

Fluency in both written and spoken English is highly desirable
