Our client a renowned insurer, is hiring for a CRM Manager. This is a regional role and there will be traveling involved.
The ideal candidate for this role would have experience in CRM software, Marketing and CRM Campaigns ie loyalty program & partnerships. You will also have experience in data analysis and deriving actionable insights.
-Generate insights into customer segments for use
-Coach, initiate, define and support CRM activities using data; drive effective demand generation programme at scale
-Propose and assist country in operating potential multi-channel CRM campaigns approaches to target database segment in line with business goals an opportunities
-5-7 years CRM experience
-Analytical, strong database management and resourceful
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Able to travel
