Job description

Our client is a global leading Pharmaceuticals and Consumer Health which has constantly achieved strong business performance in Thailand. With a network expansion, there is now an opening opportunity for a proactive and mature professional role as an "Regional HR Operation LEAD" who is able to lead HR operation, ensure the effective execution of the services, and continuous process improvement and effective change management at regional level with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills in order to smoothly deliver employee experience in HR Share Service to support the business goals and objectives.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Head of Division and partner with several departments to drive and support HR operation in the organization
  • Act as Business Leader to lead the HR Solutions team to provide relevant and effective consulting services to businesses to ensure valuable solutions for the complexity of businesses
  • Provide consulting services to business leads and develop on the HR processes as well as coaching and training them to ensure overall effectiveness of teams
  • Provide Operation leadership and coordination for local organization administrative, operational, process improvement and change activities in the country
  • Be responsible for HR solution effectiveness metrics as well as manage local budgets
  • Work in partnership with the local and global HR community to convert strategy, policy, systems, tools and processes into the associated organization and services for country
  • Identify service delivery issues in HR International Mobility and take appropriate action to resolve; align with other Managers to provide integrated service; promote performance improvement initiatives based on local needs and global structure by work in partnership with C&B Head on compensation planning
  • Maintain and improve quality standards within the associated organization to ensure appropriate metrics for local organization in line with global governance
  • Partner with the team to deliver recurring end-to-end services and processes by managing daily service operations and projects, responding to service demands as they arise
  • Partner with all business stakeholders for overall HR operations and response to service demands as they arise
  • Ensure knowledge transfer of best practice from and to the global organization/community
  • Ensure proper succession management and skill assessment of workforce
  • Be a Champion a strong continuous improvement culture to ensure standardized processes, promote teamwork, and partner with stakeholders based on global governance.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Master's Degree in HR related fields with at least 10 years' experience in HR and at least 3 years in management levels in MNC ONLY
  • Experience in employee experience-related market service areas in overall HR functions
  • Ability to handle challenges with complex and multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Demonstrated strong business acumen with knowledge of multiple business areas, functions, and processes
  • Competence in connecting people to each other and the business strategy, leveraging technology and processes where appropriate
  • Fluent in English and familiar with working in matrix organization
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, strategic, decision making, and coaching skills
