One of the world's leading healthcare companies specializing in researching and providing a wide range of products in the life science to improve quality of life. Now our client is looking for a Regional Sales Development Manager to join their team in Thailand. You will be responsible for executing strategic plan and expanding business across CLMV.
· Developing sales strategies and driving strategic plan.
· Leading the execution for managing and supervising local distributors to achieve sales goal.
· Managing market & products development program across the region to drive business growth.
· Supporting countries teams in development OTC channel and keep strong relationship with New and Existing local distributors.
· Exploring new business and increasing market share.
· Training and Coaching .
· Bachelor of Pharmacy, Medical Technology or related field. ( MBA preferable)
· Previous experience in regional sales, NPD and product manager minimum 6 years. Regional role is preferred.
· Strong background in CLMV and OTC market.
· Highly skilled at business acumen, strategic thinking, market insight and interpersonal.
· Fluent in English and Thai.
