Our client is one world's largest food and beverage company, which has very high brand's reputation. The brand has been well distributed with more than 120 brands worldwide. With the sales rapidly, they are now seeking for "Route/Sales Area Supervisor" in many areas

· Be a key person who has overall responsibility for route lines, sales representatives and cash van team in responsible area
· Working close with Area Sales Manager and Territory coordinate to develop the vending route to deliver sale objectives and other goals in responsible area
· Align the route plan, objective and strategy Sales Representatives, Cash van teams and Distributors to understand the demand of the market
· Work actively with distributors to maintain the good logistic system and maintain good sale volume
· Develop, training and coaching sales representative to improve sales growth opportunities and distributor
· Monitor sales representative and cash van team to maintain their KPIs
- Bachelor's in any fields
- At least 2 years' direct experience operate route line for F&B industry
- Advance knowledge of Ms-Office and Excel
- Good command in both Thai and English
- Excellent interpersonal, coaching and negotiation skills
