Sales Director - APAC
My client is a global cosmetics and fragrance house. With an ever-expansive portfolio, they have created a great environment to excel with within the region. We are looking for a Sales Director to service the APAC region.
· Define the commercial strategy individually for each market
· Being commercial - understanding and aware of market intelligence related to the industry
· Continuous assessment of new channels and new business development opportunities - distribution channels, new retailers etc.
· Driving commercial negotiations - retail space, locations, investments, pricing, promotions etc.
· Ensure a smooth and strategic partnership with both internal and external vendors and reporting lines
· Working directly with the local markets to ensure maximum efficiency is executed
· 8-10 years in sales - luxury/beauty & cosmetics/fragrances is all preferable
· Asia experience is crucial
· Proven track record in successful sales, negotiations, retail/store level
· Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
