Our client is a world-renowned luxury brand, known mostly for their high-end luxury goods. Looking for a store manager who is highly sales driven and possessed a strong client relationship.
- Recruiting, training and motivating your own team to achieve weekly and monthly targets
- Managing the store profitability
- Driving store operations including visual merchandising, inventory controls and staff roster management
- Commitment to delivering top level customer experiences
- Ability to strategize and plan ahead with regards to seasonal and local retail climates to achieve maximum sales performance
- Excellent understanding of the luxury market and key brand competitors
- Strong background in clienteling and pro-actively networking with VVIP clients both within and out of store boundaries
The Successful Applicant
- Possesses a minimum of 5 years of Retail experience, and a minimum of 2 years of experience as a retail store manager
- Have a proven track record in sales, service and performance
- Creative and possess a keen sense for merchandising
- A leader, team player, mentor and coach and willing to build and motivate a team
- Have great communication skills and is able to network with high-net worth client base
- Will be able to demonstrate flexibility and innovation in reacting positively to changing work demands
