As the retail business leader, you will need to demonstrate superb sales leadership skills in respect to building your personal client portfolio, driving client repurchase rates & cross selling thus ensuring that all business opportunities are maximized through efficient sales floor management while also ensuring the brands standards are maintained at all times. Currently looking for passionate manager to join the luxury fashion division working for the prestigious brand.
- Responsible for the overall performance of the store including P and L and service standards.
- To motivate your team in order to deliver the highest level of customer service on a daily basis whilst identifying customer needs and potential cross selling opportunities.
- To work with multiple internal customers including marketing, merchandising and buying to ensure your store has the most appropriate stock levels at all times taking into consideration multiple factors.
- Ensure an economical and operational effective management of the store, in compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Ensure customer expectations are met at all times and exceeded where possible
- Producing excellent services standards and sales
- have excellent organisational skills and abilities enabling you to manage the back office operations of the store whilst spending maximum time on the shop floor
- Previous experience of successfully managing a profitable luxury retail store
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills
- Passion for the Fashion Industry
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule which will include evenings, weekends and holidays
