We are seeking a commercially astute Managing Director – APAC to lead a technology staffing and solutions business across the Asia-Pacific region. You will have a proven track record of scaling a business beyond $25M USD, driving regional growth through strategic consultancy sales, operational leadership, and strong client engagement. You must bring deep experience managing large, cross-functional teams and working closely with offshore and nearshore delivery models, while also being a charismatic and empowering leader.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the APAC growth strategy aligned with global objectives, with a focus on scaling revenue, expanding service offerings, and increasing regional market share.
  • Commercial Growth: Own full P&L responsibility, drive top-line revenue, and identify opportunities to grow the business through new client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and service innovation.
  • Sales & Solutions Leadership: Lead the end-to-end sales process for high-value SOW (Statement of Work) and solutions-based engagements. Guide teams in crafting winning pitches and proposals.
  • Delivery Oversight: Collaborate closely with global offshore and nearshore delivery centers to ensure consistent and scalable service delivery aligned with client expectations.
  • People Leadership: Inspire, develop, and lead a high-performing team across sales, recruitment, delivery, and operations. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Client Engagement: Act as the senior regional point of contact for key clients, building deep, trusted relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor regional market trends and look for opportunities to grow in other countries across APAC.

Key Requirements:

  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in technology staffing, consulting, or solutions businesses, with at least 5 years in APAC markets
  • Proven track record in scaling a business to over $25M+ USD in annual revenue
  • Strong experience in leading large cross-regional teams, including offshore and nearshore delivery functions
  • Demonstrated success in selling and delivering SOW-based technology solutions
  • Deep understanding of APAC market dynamics, client behavior, and competitive landscape
  • Highly commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategic vision and operational execution
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to travel regionally as needed
