Our client is a leading company in the FMCG industry, committed to delivering high-quality products and building strong customer relationships. They are looking for an Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth, manage key customer accounts, and lead execution across the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow key customer accounts to achieve sales, distribution, and profitability targets within the assigned area.
·
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners, acting as a key point of contact.
·
Develop and execute area sales plans and territory management to maximize coverage and in-store execution.
·
Plan and implement joint business plans, trade promotions, visibility activities, and in-store activations to drive sales and market share.
·
Monitor and analyze sales performance, sell-in/sell-out data, market share, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
·
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance, trade marketing) to ensure effective execution of commercial strategies.
·
Manage monthly sales forecasting, stock management, and ensure proper supply chain flow with customers.
·
Conduct regular market visits, store checks, and field coaching with sales teams to conduct excellence execution.
·
Provide regular reports and actionable insights to the management team on area performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
Qualifications
·
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
·
At least 4 years of experience in direct client management, key account management, or area sales within FMCG or a related industry.
·
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
·
Proven track record in delivering sales targets and developing customer relationships.
·
Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to develop actionable plans from insights.
·
Can be able to communicate in English
