Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand plans, marketing communications, and campaigns to achieve sales and brand equity goals.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and brand performance to identify opportunities and guide strategic decisions.
- Manage brand budgets (P&L and A&P) in line with financial guidelines.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness through ROI, KPIs, and post-campaign analysis.
- Drive brand equity by leading consumer engagement strategies and integrated marketing efforts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to manage product launches and relaunches.
- Lead go-to-market planning to ensure alignment with brand positioning.
- Work closely with internal teams, agencies, and partners to deliver cohesive campaigns across all channels.
- Contribute to business planning and present proposals in regular management reviews.
- Support key projects and initiatives in collaboration with the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of solid experience in brand or product management within the FMCG sector or related field.

Proven experience in new product development, campaign development, content development, and working with KOLs.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
·
Positive, energetic, and results-driven, with the ability to adapt quickly to change.
