client is hiring a Brand Manager (Marketing)
to join its Hong Kong
team.
The mandate: build brand presence in-market with lean resources, and full executional ownership. This role is designed for brand marketers who have launched brands or SKUs from scratch, navigating ambiguity, limited budgets, and fragmented retail environments.This role plays a pivotal part in building brand visibility in a developing market, primarily through modern trade retail, in-store execution, and integrated campaigns.
Reporting to the market head, this individual contributor position covers a wide range of activation points including in-store activations, shopper initiatives, sampling, social media, and ATL.
Key Responsibilities
- Localise global brand strategy for the Hong Kong market
- Lead campaign rollout across modern trade, digital, and offline channels
- Partner on shopper initiatives and drive in-store brand execution across modern trade
- Turn market insights into precise, high-impact brand actions
- Support go-to-market planning for new launches
Key Requirements
- More than 5 years in brand marketing, with proven experience launching FMCG food/beverage (non alcoholic) brands or SKUs from scratch in Hong Kong
modern trade, ideally under lean budgets and resource-constrained environments
- Strong exposure to modern trade channels in Hong Kong
- Proven ability to execute integrated campaigns and in-store activations
- Commercially grounded; execution-focused; brand-aware
- Comfortable operating hands-on in a lean setup
