A FMCG packaged food and beverage company
is looking for a Brand Marketing Manager
to join its Hong Kong
office.
The role is central to shaping brand visibility in Hong Kong market where awareness and distribution are still scaling, particularly through modern trade retail, in-store execution, and integrated campaigns. Reporting directly to the market head, this individual contributor role will activate across multiple touchpoints including trade marketing, in-store activations, sampling, social media, and ATL.
This is a high-autonomy role for someone who thrives on building from the ground up, with the support of a committed market head and regional and global brand team.
Key responsibilities
- Localise global strategies for the Hong Kong market
- Lead campaign rollout across retail, digital, and offline channels
- Support go-to-market planning for product launches
- Manage local agency partners and track performance
- Translate insights into targeted, effective brand actions
Key requirements
- More than 5 years of FMCG food and beverage marketing experience
- Strong exposure to modern trade channels(supermarkets, convenience stores) in Hong Kong
- Proven ability to execute integrated campaigns and in-store activations
- Commercially grounded; execution-focused; brand-aware
- Thrive in lean and agile environments
