Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the end-to-end project life cycle, starting from initial scoping through to post-implementation support.
- Assist in functional design, development, testing, and stakeholder management, as well as system and user training.
- Help identify reports for automation, consolidation, or decommissioning to reduce manual effort and costs.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of Business Analysis experience within Financial Services
- Self-motivated, curious, strong ability to adapt
- Strong logical thinking skills and able to decipher requirements that are may be uncertain or unclear
- Passionate about business analysis, change management and business transformation
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Cantonese
