Campaign Strategy Specialist, Fluent English, 150K (Contract)

Responsibilities:

• Co-led the development of campaign strategy and roadmap for a key banking client in Thailand.
• Designed and delivered comprehensive campaign proposals, including mechanics, offer structures, uplift modeling, and profitability analysis.
• Collaborated with Data Science teams to assess credit card usage, track campaign performance, uncover growth opportunities, and design tracking frameworks.
• Defined KPIs and managed campaign tracking processes, ensuring optimization and incorporating post-campaign insights.
• Researched market trends and competitor activities to refine campaign strategies and maintain competitive relevance.
• Oversaw campaign execution, including timeline and budget management, stakeholder coordination, and proactive issue resolution.
• Presented performance reports and insights to senior management, providing data-driven recommendations for future campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or related fields; Master’s degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience as a campaign manager, marketing manager, partnership manager, management consultant, strategic planner, or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable growth strategies.
• Proven track record in end-to-end campaign management, from planning to optimization and post-campaign evaluation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Experienced in leading cross-functional teams with strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments, delivering measurable results for banking clients.
