My client, a leading global FMCG company is seeking a Consumer Insights Manager (CMI).

This role is a strategic business partner, responsible for leveraging deep market and consumer understanding to shape brand strategies, drive growth, and challenge conventional thinking.

Job Description:

· Design, manage, and execute comprehensive research programs that deliver actionable insights. This includes both qualitative and quantitative studies, such as brand health tracking, product testing, and shopper insights.

· Act as the voice of the consumer, using evidence-based insights to inform and influence business decisions. You will identify emerging market trends and unmet needs to unlock strategic opportunities for our brands.

· Utilize integrated data sources and in-house analytics to support business forecasting, scenario planning, and post-campaign evaluation, ensuring our strategies are both effective and data-backed.

· Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Innovation, and Finance. You will act as a trusted advisor, using your expertise to guide strategy and ensure all decisions are grounded in consumer understanding.

· Lead relationships with external research agencies and partners, challenging them to maintain the highest quality standards while staying within budget and on deadline.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as management, marketing, or research.

· 6 years of experience in research or a marketing-related role.

· Strong knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative research methods, along with the ability to manage projects and coordinate with agencies.

· Proficient in data analysis and visualization, with a talent for translating complex insights into clear, compelling stories.

· Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional, international, and cross-cultural teams.

· Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence and engage with stakeholders.

· Highly proficient in MS Excel and other analytical tools. Must have a high level of English proficiency.
